Mobile Health Clinic

A mobile health clinic was conducted in Nauthar Sera, Dordi Gaun Paalika of Lamjung district on 10 March 2018 with the support from International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT), Denmark. A medical team headed by Dr. Bidur Osti examined the victims/survivors of torture and conflict and prescribed free medications as per their needs. Arrangements were also made to refer serious cases for further investigation. As a guest Mr. Krishna Jibi Ghimire, Secretary from Commission of Investigation on Enforced Disappeared Persons, Government of Nepal joined in the mobile clinic. The clinic was jointly organized by PPR Nepal and Dordi Gaun Paalika. A total of 47 victims/survivors received services from the mobile clinic.
